Catalyst News!

So it's December already. Ugh.... I hope everyone has had a great year so far. 2011 has been a great year for gaming I hope everyone has enjoyed it so far. Looks like everyone is playing something currently. I hope you had a chance to check out Elder Scrolls: Skyrim and so various other titles this year. A few of us have been playing some Battlefield 3 and some of us *BOOMBOOMS* went loco on that game. I think he is ranked like #53 in the world for vehicles or somethingnutts like that. GO!!!!!!! Boomers!

Well it looks like a few of us are going to check out Star Wars: The Old Republic it wasn't something I planned on doing because I was hoping Guild Wars 2 would be a lot closer than it currently is. So I think about 25+ of us will be playing SWTOR in till Guild Wars 2 releases. Over the past week we have found this game called Dragon Nest. At first glance it was like screw that. Well it's actually not bad and it's kinda fun. It's a F2P game from Nexon and yes it's a Korean game(lulz). It's a fast paced ACTION RPG MMO. So it's a full instanced game with pvp arenas. I know that's not our typical style but open world pvp games are simply not as fun anymore. All of us want pvp but we don't want to spend hours trying to find it. I can write a whole long write up about Dragon Nest but since it's F2P you should give it a shot! A lot of us are currently playing! Oh by the way Tera got pushed back to 2012 so that fell off the radar. So come check out DN! I hope to see you soon!

So it's July 12th and yes everything is the same. Some of us are still in Aion yes Aion. Ugh..... The good thing is though boomers/becca still raping bitches so that's always a good thing. PAX Prime is 44 days away, that's always a good thing. There should be more news about games coming out this fall / early next year. I just wanted to let everyone know that Arlington/Falin has something going in APB reloaded. So if you're interested let him know here or just jump on vent.

Well hello everyone! So there isn't much news on "What's the NEXT game?!". Currently people are still pretty much spread out in other games. Some people are just too busy with real life to play anything. So the big question is WHEN ARE NEW GAMES coming out!??! Well we just found out today Guild Wars 2 is going to be a 2012 release with a beta later this year. So depending on when TERA releases we might check that out and see how that goes. Currently our best guess on TERA is late September / October with some playable betas in July. Some Diablo 3 news came out last week saying there will be a beta later this year as well so that's exciting. I'm sure we will hear some more on things as the gaming conventions start up! Also don't forget PAX PAX PAX! They're almost completely sold out of passes but that doesn't mean all hope is lost. I'm sure you will be able to pick one up from Twitter/Ebay if really needed. So everyone have a great summer!!! <3 ...

So there is a small group of Catalyst planning on playing Rift. They're currently in que as I type this. They're currently on Briarcliff (Defiant). Some of the names that are playing are Dragun, Senti, Noto & Natashak. Sup Everyone!!!

So everyone has been asking WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING?!?!? Well that's a good question. Currently Catalyst is all over the place. We have people slacking, WoW, Aion, Tera(KR), Rift (Beta), SC2, LoL, L2(Winda) and touching themselves. So yeah things are a bit crazy. We're lingering on the forums and IRC(http://webchat.quakenet.org/?channels=catalystclan). We also setup a Catalyst YouTube channel for our Lineage 2 legacy (http://www.youtube.com/user/catalystclan). So lots of stuff going but really nothing. I know some people lost access or might lose access I'm cleaning up the users on the forums so if you still visit the forums or still care just post in the Public Discussion forum for access. Also if you're still playing AION or want to we do have people still playing. They're awesome peeps so let me know or if you're in game (Israphel server) PM Aila, Yava or Boombooms they will help you out. OH YEAH people are playing MAGICKA too!!
